Donald J. Voss, President

Don has been employed with Glenn H. Johnson Construction Company his entire career. Starting with the company in 1975, Don eventually became President/CEO and purchased the Company in 1994. Under Don’s leadership the company has grown to average annual sales in excess of $65,000,000.00, and maintains offices in Illinois and Texas. Don attended Trinity International University in Bannockburn, Illinois.

Richard D. Hill, Vice President

Dick has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years. The past 11 years, he has served as Vice President at the Glenn H. Johnson Construction Company, primarily responsible for the company’s Design/Build and Negotiated Projects. Prior to joining Glenn H. Johnson Construction Company, Dick was employed by the Campbell-Lowrie-Lautermilch Corporation, General Contractors (1973 to 1994) serving as the Senior Vice President. Dick obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in 1972 from Taylor University, Upland, Indiana.

John H. Erickson, Vice President

John has worked in the construction industry since 1979; the past 14 years have been with the Glenn H. Johnson Construction Company.  Prior to joining Glenn H. Johnson Construction, John was employed by J.T. Turner Construction Company in Dallas, Texas. John’s primary responsibilities include oversight of the Company's Marketing Activities as well as Retail Construction.  John obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in 1973 from Taylor University, Upland, Indiana.

Sheroll Ritchie, Controller/Information Systems Director

Sheroll began her career with the Glenn H. Johnson Construction Company in 1984.  Sheroll is responsible for all corporate financial reporting and information systems. Sheroll received her Bachelor's Degree from Wheaton College in 1984, and received her MBA from Loyola University in 1992.
