Part of the Windsong Ranch Marketplace shopping center, this new 136,000 sf Home Depot is located 35 miles NW of Dallas. The store will have a Tool Rental Center and Garden Center and is on 11 acres with parking for 370 vehicles.
Because of poor soil conditions, we had to over excavate the entire building footprint to a depth of 9′ and import select fill to bring the grade back up to building pad elevation.
Grand Opening is scheduled for September 2021.
